This paper includes a synthesis of the Arabic phonetic language through the study of the linguistic and cognitive structure of the Arabic language spoken by the Arabs and their efforts in this field .

Alkhalil , Sibawayh and others presented organized scientific efforts to the extent that their historical circumstances provided them.

The Europeans recognized in this era what they have achieved , but some contemporary Arab scholars have decided to employ translated terms However, some contemporary Arab saw the use of terms translated from foreign languages, ignoring that the Arabs had priority in the field of this study.
