في هذه الدراسة و تم تقييم اثنين من الأدوية التي تستخدم في علاج و مقاومة الإصابة الطبيعية بالطفيليات المعد معوية لدراسة تأثيرهما على هذه الطفيليات في الماعز البلدية في محافظة قنا.
تم الفحص الإكلينيكي للحالات التي يراد تجربة العلاج عليها، كما تم الفحص المعملي باستخدام المجهر للتعرف على البويضات المميزة للطفيليات المعد معوية في روث الماعز عن طريق الفحص المباشر و اختبار الطفو و اختبار الترسيب و العد بواسطة تقنية الماكماستر.
الفحص السريري أظهر ضعف في النمو و ضعف عام و نقص في الوزن و هزال و أظهرت بعض الحالات شحوبا و اصفرارا في الأغشية المخاطية بينما كانت حالات اخرى تعاني من الاسهالات.
و لتقييم الأدوية تم تقسيم الحيوانات المصابة إلى مجموعتين الاول استخدم فيها دواء مركب من ليفاميزول هيدروكلورايد و اوكسي كلورزانيد بجرعات 1 مللي / 2 كجم من وزن الجسم بواسطة التجريع، اختفت البويضات تماما في اليوم الخامس.
و في المجموعة الثانية استخدم الدواء الآخر معلق البندازول بجرعة 2 مللي / كجم من وزن الحيوان اختفت البويضات تماما في اليوم العاشر.
أما عن تأثير الأدوية على صورة الدم و بروتين مصل الدم، فقد كان تأثير الدواء الأول المركب من ليفاميزول هيدروكلورايد و اوكسي كلورزانيد أن عادت المتغيرات السابقة إلى معدلها الطبيعي بعد عشرة أيام، وعن نفس الفترة الزمنية بالنسبة للدواء الآخر البندازول فقد كان التحسن في المتغيرات السابقة و لكن بصورة متوسطة.
Abstract EN
In this study, two antiparasitic drugs were used for treatment of natural infection gastrointestinal parasites in goats at Qena Governorate.
Clinical and parasitological examination.
as direct smear examination, flotation sedimentation and Mc-Master techniques were carried out.
Clinical examination reveal that loss of condition, poor growth, dullness, emaciation and some cases show pale mucous membrane and other suffer from diarrhea.
Using zanide in a dose of 1ml/2kg b.wt.
orally for treatment of goats infected with gastro-intestinal parasites, showed the drug has a good effect on disappearance of parasites eggs from faeces of all types of parasites reportedu.
parasite eggs disappeared completely at 5th day post-treatmentu, but using of Albendex Suspension in a dose of 2ml/kg b.wt.
orally, parasite eggs disappeared completely at 10th day after treatment.
