After defining the meaning of taktheer (multiplication) linguistically and terminologically, distinguishing it from plentifullness and exaggeration and after showing the ways and tools used in achieving multiplication in Arabic, the researcher traced the patterns of multiplication in Arabic verbs, adjectives, infinitives and nouns, which are twenty-four patterns.
