Creative industries are tools that enhance the image of national culture.
To this end, taxation can serve as an instrument of economic and cultural policy to promote the creative industries.
Indeed, most countries stimulate their creative industries by enacting special legislative acts to provide tax advantages to artists, and producers of art and culture in general.
Algeria has not remained on the side-lines, it has followed this movement by incorporated in its fiscal legislation many incentives in order to boost the cultural sector.

Les industries créatives sont des instruments qui promeuvent l'image et la culture nationale.
A cet effet, la fiscalité peut servir d'instrument de politique économique et culturelle pour promouvoir les industries créatives.
En effet, les pays stimulent leurs industries créatives en fournissant des avantages fiscaux aux artistes et aux producteurs culturels de façon globale.
L'Algérie n'est pas en marge de cette dynamique, sa législation fiscale prévoit une série de dispositions incitatives pour le secteur culturel.
