Historical writings generally depend on the diversity and variety of historical sources and references, including the brochures and explanatory documents, in addition to the personal notes written by their owners, or were written by them.

Among the memoirs written in the Middle Ages is the note by Sultan Mughal Tamerlane, I conduct a critical study of the content of this memorandum and its contents by comparing its content with what was written in Arabic, Persian and European sources.
