Abstract EN

This paper presents the administrative control by the guardianship on the Municipal Popular Assembly, according the Municipal law n11-10, The Algerian legislator determines the motifs of the dissolution.

The result is that the assembly disappear, but the legal personality continues to exist.

The Algerian legislature has authorized the dissolution of the Municipal Popular Assembly by legally terminating it by withdrawing membership from its members.

This measure is dangerous because it leads to the dissolution of the Council.

We describe in this paper the procedure of this dissolution and its impact.
