Abstract EN

The study aimed to evaluate, by identifying their time management level based on the time-wasting related to planning, organization, recruitment, supervision and guidance, communication, decision making and supervision, according to personal variables such as gender, age, academic qualification, professional level, and years of work experience.

for this purpose, the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 112 Algerian administrative staff among them, managers, heads of departments, and administrators.

the results showed that the level of time management is between average and high according to the scale of time management fact of the areas of study from the perspective of the managers towards time and different time wasting, also noted that there is a relation between time wasting and time management level that impedes the performance of the workers.

it also showed that there was no statistically significant relation between the Algerian administrative staff at the level of time management attributed to variables: gender, age, academic qualification, professional level, and years of work experience.
