تحاول هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مدى وعي الجمهور الفلسطيني للمخاطر الصحية و النفسية و الاجتماعية و السلوكية و التعليمية من استخدام أطفالهم للهواتف الذكية و مستوى معرفتهم بهذه المخاطر وهي دراسة وصفية تستخدم منهج المسح وفي إطاره أسلوب مسح الجمهور و كانت صحيفة الاستقصاء الإلكترونية هي أداة الدراسة حيث وزعت الصحيفة على عينة من )404( من الآباء و الأمهات الذين لهم أطفال دون سن الرابعة عشر من قطاع غزة خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 8 سبتمبر 2019م.
و من نتائج الدراسة أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين يمتلكون في منازلهم أكثر من جهاز هاتف ذكي و كانت درجة استخدام الأطفال للهواتف الذكية يوميا متوسطة إلى عالية و تبين أن وعي الجمهور الفلسطيني بمخاطر استخدام أطفالهم للهواتف الذكية كان متوسطا و تركز في الوعي بالمخاطر الاجتماعية و السلوكية أكثر من التعليمية و النفسية.
و اتضح أن غالبية الجمهور تستمد وعيها بمخاطر الهواتف الذكية من الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة مثل المواقع الإلكترونية و شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي و تركزت المخاطر الصحية التي لاحظها الجمهور الفلسطيني في أطفالهم في تأخر النوم و الكسل أما المخاطر النفسية فكان أكثرها العصبية و كانت قلة التواصل و التفاعل مع الآخرين هي أهم المخاطر الاجتماعية.

Palestinian Audience Awareness in Hazards of their Children Use of Smart Phones
A Field Study
This study attempts to reveal the awareness of the Palestinian audience on the hazards health, of their children use of smart phones, and the audience's knowledge of these hazards.
An online survey was applied on sample of 404 parents with children under 14 years from Gaza Strip, from 3 to 8 September 2019.
The results shows that the majority of respondents have more than one smart phone in their homes.
Their children's daily use of smart phones was moderate to high.
It was found that the majority of the audience derives their awareness of the hazards of smart phones from modern electronic means such as websites and social networks.
The health hazards were laziness and sleeping late, and the observed by the Psychological hazards were Nervousness, Finally the social hazards were Lack of communication and interaction with others.
