In the context of the efforts aimed at studying the history of the Touat region, we present this article to study the judiciary in the region, as it is the most present authority in the history of the region because of its importance in stabilizing the system and preserving people's rights, During the 12th and 13th centuries AH - the time domain of a study - due to the ence of the executive authority in this period, in addition to the internal strife that divided the region, and the nature of the matter was studied in two cases, the first section is devoted to reviewing the judicial method and structure in the region and the progress of the litigation process and issuing judgments, The second section is devoted to studying the challenges faced by the judicial system and the ways in which it adapts to the conditions imposed by the stage under study.
