Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the phenomenon of school violence as a manifestation of violence, and one of multiple forms, which is done in school, practiced by one of the parties of the educational system, and lead to harm to the pupil, teacher or school itself.

School violence is the result of many factors, including the misinterpretation of the concept of power and authority of students, which is usually the result of the abuse of power among teachers, this distortion inherent in the activation of power in the school environment, which resulted in misconceptions about it lead to parallel power with violence.

That turned the school environment into these violent behaviors especially by the students.

This study examines and analyzes this phenomenon by understanding its elements and determining its causes, especially in terms of perceptions of strength of the teacher and how it leads to violent behavior.
