The discussion on the Internet era and the relating societal transformations was manifested in opening new opportunities for people to interact and communicate their concerns and problems by building virtual social relationships that end at the borders of their own devices.

The reconstruction of a public space is a condition for a community-based experience that is today at the center of a debate that goes beyond geographical frameworks, after Habermas applied this theory to develop a general sense of solidarity among members of social construction, in which elements of language, religion and race no longer form the basis of collective integration; but the common motives, dynamic interaction, dialog and understanding that bring peoples together in new societies based on constitutional and civil principles, which is the only way to create a sense of solidarity among members of society, and thus today has become extremely complex.

Based on this thesis, we try in this article to identify the reality of the social change in Algerian society after the revolution of social media websites, and we try to explore the real public space and how it develops to a virtual one, as well as issues and discussions characteristics in this space.

Finally to understand how did he contribute to the design of relationships and social ties, whether at the level of small structures such as the individual, the family or society as a whole, such as civil society organizations, associations and community institutions as a whole?
