Abstract EN

The Muslim family in our contemporary world faces a number of obstacles that prevent it from reaching its normal function.

Perhaps the most prominent of these are the attacks of international conferences that produce legislation that is in complete conflict with the elements of the family identity and the foundations of its construction.

In the Islamic world, they objected to it, and demanded that it be boycotted and ined from its recommendations, and has presented in this research the most prominent of these conferences and resolutions; and proved to be a conflict with the provisions of the Sharia and its purposes.
