This research paper aims to study the readiness of the Algerian 's to request various electronic services provided by the Algerian government, To achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of Algerian citizens from 12 cities.

For the purpose of analyzing questionnaire data and testing hypotheses a number of statistical methods were used.

The main findings are as follows: the existence of statistically significant differences in the demand for electronic services by citizens according to age, as well as the existence of a statistically significant effect between citizens' control over information and communication technology and demand for electronic services, the results of the study showed also the willingness of the Algerian citizen To accept the Algerian e-government project, and they are motivated to request government services provided online.
