هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة وضعية قطاع تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال بالجزائر و أثره على أداء المؤسسة قمنا بتصميم استبيان موجه لعمال مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لمعرفة مدى تحكمهم في تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال و الاعتماد عليها في إنجاز أنشطة و مهام المؤسسة وتمت الدراسة بتوزيع 40 استمارة على عمال الوكالة و من أهم النتائج التي تم توصل إليها الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال في تنمية الأداء و تحسينه و كذا مساهمتها في تحسين صورة المؤسسة.
Abstract EN
The study aims to determine the state of the ICT sector in Algeria and its impact on the performance of the institution.
For this, forty questionnaires were sent to employees of Algerian Post Algerian to determine their mastery of ICT in the accomplishment of the tasks of their institution.
The study highlighted the crucial role of ICTs in the development and improvement of the institution's performance as well as its image.
