The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of virtual dassrooms in the development of the integrated educational system which includes (c- learning and distance learning in addition to traditional education) in Egyptian c- learning university.Tlic researcher used the descriptive approach in the study, She has been used a questionnaire as a tool for study, The questionnaire included two main axes: the modern technological capabilities related to the virtual classes in the development of the integrated educational system and electronic educational programs and their effectiveness in the development of the integrated educational system, The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (64) individual students from the Egyptian e- learning university.

She has been used SPSS to analyze the results.

The study concluded that the technological capabilities of virtual classrooms in e- learning and distance learning are effective in developing the educational process and working to raise the level and efficiency of teachers and learners and increase knowledge, The study also confirmed that the virtual dassroom is working to urge and motivate students to rush to sdence and learning forward and attractive, making it contribute to a greater focus and innovation, The study also found that e- learning programs for virtual dasses are effective in developing the integrated educational system.

The study recommended the need to take care of the virtual classes and increase their support with modern electronic tools necessary to increase the absorptive capacity of students.

The study recommended the need to upgrade the training of the latest technological means to the basic elements of education teacher and learner to provide a distinguished educational level in various modem disapiines.The researcher also recommended institutions based on the educational process from institutes and universities that did not deal with the virtual dasses to seek to provide modem technological means that support the improvement and development of the educational process in the form of expanding the scope of education using virtual classrooms.
