We study through this subject, some of the concepts related to the "Written expression in the light of the competency approach - the fourth year of primary education as a model -" From the point of view of pedagogy, competency approach, which is a method of learning, not a program of education, and in light of the theoretical and applied mechanisms to activate the educational process from its new perspective and acquire the learner for the skill of written expression as the ultimate goal of teaching language in various branches.

We also aim to spread the concept of the pedagogy of competencies to the process of teaching the written expression from its conceptual and evaluative perspective, and how to apply the evaluation to the students' productions through written expression through the criteria and indicators of the performance.
