Problem! This study will be conducted to reveal the effectiveness of a counselling program to develop social intelligence in a sample of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Aim of the studys This study aims to the impact of the program for developing social intelligence in a sample of children with attention deficit and hyperactivity (ADHD).

Methodology: The present study follows the experimental method, using the two- group designing, the experimental and the control (pre/post measurement).

Sample: The study sample is consistent of 30 male children with attention deficit and hyperactivity (ADHD), selected purposely and divided equally into two groups (15= control group-15= experimental group), whose ages range from (10-12 year olds).

Initraments: Scale of Social Intelligence for Children (by researcher), Program of Social Intelligence for Children with ADHD (by researcher), Stanford Benet IQ Scale- Fifth Image (by Mahmoud Abou El- Nil, 2011), Scale of Diagnosis of Attention Deficit And Hyperactivity (ADHD) (by Magdy El- Desouky, 2006), Scale of the Socio- Economic Cultural Level (by Mohamed Safaan& Doaa Khatab, 2016).

Result: The extension program assists in the development of social intelligence in a sample of children with attention deficit and hyperactivity (ADHD), as can be seen from the following sub- assumptions: There are statistically significant differences between the mean grades of the experimental and control groups in the measurement after applying the program procedures on the measure of social intelligence of children in the direction of the experimental group.

There are statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the experimental group scores in the measurements before and after applying the program procedures on the social intelligence of children in the direction of the after- measurement.
