إن التعليم بمختلف مستوياته هو الركيزة الأساسية لبناء المجتمع و تطوره و هو حق أساسي لكل فرد من أفراده دون تمييز بحيث انه يؤثر بشكل مباشر و يتأثر بالتنمية الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية فهو الوسيلة الأمثل للخروج من دائرة الفقر و الجهل و التخلف و تحقيق تنمية على مستوى الفردي و الجماعي.
حاليا أصبح تقدم المجتمعات يقاس بمدى التقدم المحقق في مجال التعليم و تعليم المرأة هو أحد الاستثمارات الهامة التي يمكن للبلد ما أن يحققها في المستقبل و هذا باعتبارها تمثل نصف المجتمع و بالتالي نصف طاقته الإنتاجية.
لقد اهتمت الجزائر اهتماما كبيرا بتشجيع تعليم المرأة و تطويره و هذا بفضل ديموقراطية التعليم و مجانيته مما مكنها من تحقيق قفزة نوعية في التعليم في جميع الأطوار إضافة الى تراجع الأمية.
Abstract EN
The The education is the main pillar in the construction and development of the particular community, and the perfect means to getrid from poverty, unawarness and illiteracy, because it effects and get affected directly with the socio-economical development.
A ctually, the progress of societies relies on the progress in the educationalfield, and women's education is one of the important investement because she presents the half of society, thus; its half of productive capacity.
Algeria has quitely looked after encouragement and development of the education of woman, and this due to its democracy and feaness which decreased the rate of illiteracy.
