Abstract EN

In this article, we evaluated the performance of the listening centers and received the girl that is a victim of violence and mistreatment, where we studied the efficiency and effectiveness of human, financial and logistical resources, that shows the availability of these necessary resources as an important means to achieve the quality of intervention and the ability of these resources for achieving as well the effectiveness of the service provided by, in order to achieve all goals set by these structures.

According to The data obtained, we have observed the ence of a criterion for the efficiency and effectiveness of the resources available at the listening centers that received the girl who's victim of violence and mistreatment due to a weak and mismanagement of financial resources and weak human resource formation and motivation.

As for logistical resources, there is the ence of spaces for listening and psychological accompaniment.

That made an impact on the quality of the intervention and service of receiving, listening and helping the girl that was a victim of violence.
