This study aims at clarifying the impact of speech science in the field of Islamic jurisprudence by reviewing this effect in the most important books of Islamic jurisprudence and its encyclopedias.
This is the end of the requirement in the knowledge of the doctrine of the Imam of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdul Malik bin Abdullah bin Yusuf Al Juwaini Al Shafi'i, 478 e).
