ارتبط اقرار قانون قومية الدولة بموقف اسرائيل من قضايا الحل النهائي و أهمها حق العودة الذي تعتبره أنه مسؤولية عربية لا شأن لدولة الاحتلال بها بحجة أن اعترافها بهذا الحق يترتب عليه اقرار بمسؤوليتها عن نشوء حرب النكبة الفلسطينية عام 1948م و قانون القومية بسياقه و أبعاده يعني رفض اسرائيلي صريح لكافة المرجعيات الدولية ذات العلاقة بالصراع العربي الإسرائيلي و يمنح اسرائيل سن المزيد من القرارات و التشريعات التي تمعن في مصادرة الاراضي و طرد الفلسطيني بالداخل من أرضه و إلحاقه بمن طردوا عام 1948م و عام 1967م استنادا لموقف الإدارة الأمريكية الحالية المتحيزة ضد الحقوق الفلسطينية.
Abstract EN
The adoption of the national law of the state was linked to Israel's position on final status issues, the most important of which was the right of return, which it considers to be an Arab responsibility.
The state of occupation does not consider it a recognition of its responsibility for the creation of the Palestinian Nakba war in 1948.
And gives Israel the age of more resolutions and legislations that deal with the confiscation of land and the expulsion of the Palestinian inside of its land, and annexing those who were expelled in 1948 and 1967, based on the current position of the United States Administration Gaza against Palestinian rights
