In some cases, combining things may have a provision that is not applicable if they are set apart.

Accordingly, this research displays the provision of combining sale and lease in one contract and the contemporary applications.

The research has found out that it is closer to the objectives of Sharia that this transaction is permitted and the contemporary contracts which have spread these days and apply this transaction are embodied in the lease-possession and funded- diminishing contracts.
