Abstract EN

The research focuses on the eloquence Argumentation in Surat al-Qalam, based on a well-known style of epistemological knowledge and pragmatic approaches from which the theory of new rhetoric stemmed in the construction of its pillars and its foundations, as was the reins of Perelman and Tyteca, according to which a clear picture of the theory of Argumentation in its new form.

According to the criteria of rhetoric, the theory or qualitative transformation it has achieved lies in the techniques it the popularized in the context of rhetoric analysis, exploring its persuasive structures, and its expected impact.

In this regard, this paper has tried to investigate the mechanisms and methods of Al- Argumentation in Surat Al-Qalam, which is not intended to deviate from the new rhetorical research in the Qur'anic discourse.

However, this method is followed as a guide to the persuading power and how it influences the reader.

The approach followed goes logically along with the interpretation which the interpreters followed in their objective contexts
