Abstract EN

The relationship between the sciences of Shari'a and the sciences of Arabic is closely related.

Hence, the scholars of Shari'a have sought to extrapolate the Arabic methods, their expressions and their vocabulary.

They have derived from this extrapolation certain rules and disciplines that help to understand the Qur'an and Sunnah correctly.

It is not surprising that scientists make the language a condition in the level of ijtihad, and knowledge of the imposition of sufficiency.

The mujtahid must have a long knowledge of the language and familiarity with its discussions and issues enough knowledge so as not to be misguided when making judgments and interpreting the Qur'aan because " The people of the law of intent in it, and sharp on the best way to it, but his enjoyment and underestimated his dream weakness in this honorable language.

This study has been devoted to some semantic issues in the interpretation of Shawkani, without any other issues, where I drew this interpretation, and put my hand on the most important issues semantic roles in it.
