Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the impact of relationship between the empowerment of workers and the achievement of quality of service in 13 public health enterprises in the Wilaya of Medea, the study is based on 435 informants out of 4765 individuals working as (administrators, doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, biologists), with descriptive analytical approach.

The study reached several results, the most important that workers empowerment is not sufficiently considered in these public health enterprises.

The results show an average analytic dimension comparing to a high dimension of health services quality.

As for the tangibility dimension, it was evaluated to an average level.

The study recommended the need to pay more attention to workers empowerment as it contributes in enhancing performance and achieving job satisfaction, including achieving the quality of health services provided to patients beneficiaries in public health enterprises of the wilaya of Medea.
