The objective of this study is to study emotional blackmail and its relation to the future concern of a sample of state employees.

The sample consisted of (150) employees and employees (75) employees and (75) employees of the Ministry of Health.

For the purpose of measuring emotional extortion, the researcher showed the measure of Yunis (2016).

In order to measure the concern of the receiver, the measurement was prepared by Akashi (2000).

The results showed that the sample was suffering from emotional blackmail and that the sample suffers from emotional blackmail and suffers from future anxiety.
