Contribute to building a personality able to communicate with others, and perhaps the widening gap between what the student lives in the electronic world and his real life in school may increase when using traditional teaching strategies are not keeping pace with developments.

Therefore, the aim of the current research is to find out the effect of effective strategies in teaching the artistic expression of the social skills of students, through 16 hypotheses, where the study dealt with the fifth grade primary school students in the Dhi Qar primary school and the primary school of Sawari from the schools of the Directorate General of Baghdad The First Karkh.

The study sample consisted of (60) randomly selected students divided into four groups, three of them experimental and one of each group (15) students.
