Communication is necessary to achieve harmony between all parties in order to achieve the goals set by the education administration.

This communication can only be achieved through the concerted efforts of the teaching staff of educational institutions, the family and civil society.

Communication plays a central role in the achievement of the educational institution's objectives and the fulfillment of the tasks entrusted to it, namely the education and training of active citizens in society.

In this educational phenomenon: communication between educational institutions and its role in the realization of the school of citizenship.

To study the degree of achievement of this communication within national educational institutions, we selected two samples: the first consists of forty professors working in two different regions and geographically distant and the second of forty families.

After analyzing the results, we found that communication between educational institutions and families did not reach the level that would achieve the goals set by the country's education policy.
