The impact of applying the dimensions of MBWA on creative behavior : evidence from administrators at Abdelhamid Mehri University constantine-2

This study aims to explore MBWA practices among administrators of the University of Constantine 2-Algeria, and how it may affect their creative behavior.

For this purpose, we distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 42 employees of this rank.

The results indicate that the MBWA is practiced to a high degree among the employees of the administrators of the University of Constantine 2 ; and the Effective Communication dimension comes first in terms of importance.

Moreover, we found that the combined dimensions of MBWA have a significant effect on the creative behavior of the study sample at the level of (∝ = 0.

The Effective Communication dimension was able to explain 68 % of the creative behavior of administrators.
