(Impact of Strategy (REACT) on the collection and retention of female students The first is the average in social subjects) This research aims to know.: Impact of the REACT strategy on the collection and retention of female first grade students in social subject In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researchers adopted the experimental design with partial control of the equal groups, so they chose a sample of the first grade students in the secondary school (martyrs Mu'tah) of the General Directorate for the education of Karbala for the purpose of applying the experiment during the academic year (2018-2019) The study sample (69) students and the (35) students, such as the experimental group study the strategy (REACT) and (34) students, such as the control group, which studied according to the (normal) method After the researcher identified the scientific material to be taught to the students of the two research groups, which included the last two chapters of the social book for the first grade intermediate, to be taught by the Ministry of Education during the academic year (2018 - 2019), and in light of its content, the researcher identified behavioral objectives for the last three classes, (140) goals, and after the researcher completed the preparation of behavioral goals began to prepare study plans, which amounted to (32) plan for each group of research.

In order to ensure that the research objective was achieved, The researchers prepared a multivariate selection test with four alternatives, and its paragraphs reached (40) paragraphs, confirming its validity and stability as well as all its psychometric properties After the experiment was completed and the researcher applied the research tool of the post-test to the members of the research sample, the data were collected and then processed statistically through the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS).

After analyzing the results statistically, the researchers found that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members For the members of the experimental group, which were studied according to the REACT strategy in the test and retention of the control group members studied according to the usual method, which means that the students of the experimental group surpassed the students of the control group in the achievement test As well as in the retention test In the light of the results of the research, the researchers recommended the adoption of the REACT strategy to teach social subjects for the first grade in order to prove their effectiveness compared to the usual method.
