الملخص الإنجليزي

The current research targeted the necessary training needs for male and female teachers of Islamic education from the viewpoint of teachers.

The research sample consists of supervisors specializing in Islamic education, who are (26) supervisors and supervisors, i.e.

(16.77%) of the research community.

To achieve the research goal, the researcher prepared a tool consisting of (29) three alternatives, and after presenting the tool to a committee of experts to make sure of its validity, the researcher verified his honesty and consistency, after that the tool was applied to the individuals of the research sample, and after collecting data and analyzing it statistically, it reaches the following results: 1-The total training needs of the teachers (29) divided into (5) fields and conducted on the research sample of (2) )26, including ( females, and the gender variable was not taken as it does not affect a large percentage.

2-The results and differences varied between these fields, and in each field there appeared a high severity of one need, except in the field of employing teaching methods, where two needs appeared at the same level of severity.

3-The highest level of sharpness for the total fields appeared in the need to know the general objectives that he is teaching, reaching )25654( In light of the results, he recommended some recommendations and proposals
