الملخص EN

Native speakers of English from different parts of the world have different accents, but the differences of accents are mainly the result of differences in the sound of vowels and consonants.

The actual use of all these sounds in combination leads the speaker to produce a number of segments which only appear on the production level and realized on the perceptual one.

This study is a new experiment to show how chapter 8 & 9 ( the English Syllables )in Roach's book Phonetics & Phonology (2002 ) have been taught to the second stage, department of English, College of Languages through a computer programme and how certain allophones have changed the form of CV system in the structure of the English “syllable” in RP through the use of narrow transcription.
