The research aims to identify the building of a training program according to the Swartz model and its effect on the visual thinking of the fifth graders in mathematics.

The researcher relied on the experimental method with the experimental design of two independent experimental groups and the post-test control.

The sample consisted of (525) students Of the fifth grade in primary schools belonging to the Directorate of Education Baghdad Karkh 2017-2018, the training program was built according to Swartz model and was implemented through training sessions, which amounted to (16) The results of the training program in the visual thinking of the students in the fifth grade of the primary, and in light of the results reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions Including recommending the need to pay attention to the training of mathematics teachers and all stages on programs according to Swartz model, which affects the visual thinking of students.
