الملخص EN

This study examined the relationship between perceived training opportunities (PTO) and work performance of Madaba municipality in Jordan.

this study involved data of 140 employees working in Madaba municipality.

PLS-SEM was applied to test the hypotheses.

the results showed that PTO has a positive relationship with work performance.

the main practical contribution of the study is providing significant insights to Madaba municipality through explaining a roadmap that helps in understanding the most influential factors on work performance.

based on the findings, the study recommends Madaba municipality to enhance PTO, which leads to a positive and significant impact on work performance.
