This article presents and analyzes the results of a survey of Algerian primary of writing in French, which is an essential phase school teachers on the assessmentof the teaching / learning process.
The objective of this work is to focus on the way in which teachers assess their students' writing (work method, tools used) as well ctice (formulation of instructions, definition of as on the problems posed by this pracriteria for 'evaluation ...) in order to have information on the learning outcomes of the learners in writing and thus make their teaching practices more effective.

Cet article présente et analyse les résultats d'une enquête menée auprès d'enseignants algériens du primaire et portant sur l'évaluation de l'écrit en français qui représente une phase essentielle du processus d'enseignement/apprentissage.
L'objectif de ce travail consiste à mettre l'accent sur la manière dont les enseignants évaluent les écrits de leurs élèves (méthode de travail, outils utilisés) ainsi que sur les problèmes que pose cette pratique (formulation des consignes, définition des critères d'évaluation.
