There are two objectives the researcher tries to refer to in the current research.

first, he tries to give a descriptive list of English declarative verbs (declaratory verbs) in order to show how expressive power is formulated in a group of declarative verbs in the English vocabulary.

second, an attempt to show the relative power relations between discursive forces of declarative verbs and their translation into Arabic in order to predict actual inferences between declarative speech verbs.

language is considered the most important thing in society.

language is the means of communication between people and cooperation among them.

it is a system used to obtain information and through language, communication is more correct and better.
