It has been noted through our research how party affiliation played a role in the formation of the Supreme Court through the mechanism of selecting the judiciary and controlling the composition of the Supreme Court, where the President of America is keen to choose judges with the same ideology as his ideas and the ideas of his party so that he can pass decisions and laws that serve his interests and the interest of his party, not to mention also interfere with the work of the court and determine its terms of reference.
