الملخص EN

The present study aims at identifying the effectiveness of a teaching-learning program based on serious creativity theory on the colleges of education students achievement in social psychology content material.

the study has the following purposes : 1-constructing a program in social psychology based on serious creativity theory.

2-measuring the effectiveness of the constructed program on the second year students achievement in social psychology one null hypotheses have been studied the present study is limited on second year students majoring in the department of educational and psychological sciences at the college of education / university of wasit during the academic year 2019-2020 who have been taught cognitive psychology in the college of education a partial control experimental design of a control-experimental groups with pre-past tests .

the total number of the sample is 98 male and female students , distributed in to 48 ones per experimental group and 49 ones per controlled group .

the two groups have been taught by the researcher herself.

before starting the experiment , the two groups have been equalized in the intelligence and prior knowledge.

in order to achieve the two aims of the study , the researcher based on two methods .

the first is a descriptive method to construct teaching-learning program for teaching social psychology material according to the sectorial vocabulary determined by the deans' stuff .

the second is an experimental method to learn the effectiveness of the teaching-learning program in the achievement of the social psychology material for the second stage students.

the experimental work lasted for a whole academic year during 2019 – 2020 .the researcher put an achievement test of 40 items consisting 29 items as multiple choice items and 11 items as subjective ones .

face validity of the tool has been achieved by exposing it on a group of experts , in addition to verifying its reliability , level of difficulty , and discriminating power of the items.

at the end of the experimental work the tool have been applied on both the control and experimental groups .

data has been gathered and them analyzed by using t-test .

results reveal that the experimental group which has been taught according to the teaching-learning program outperformed in its achievement test on the control group which has been taught the same content of the social psychology by the assigned syllabus.

in order to find out the size of the effect of the independent variable which is the suggested program in the achievement of social psychology material for the second stage students in the department of educational and psychological sciences.

it has been achieved by using Cohen formula where the size of the effect in achievement has reached (1,306) which is considered high.

in the light of the results of the present study, conclusions , recommendations and suggestions for farther studies have been put forward.
