The current research aimed to identify the unaccomplished tasks of juvenile delinquents in the Iraqi Islah schools, and the effect of the (organization) method in solving their unaccomplished tasks.

to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the experimental design (experimental group and control group with a pre-post test), and the research sample consisted of (20) juvenile delinquents who were randomly distributed to the two groups (control group and experimental group) at a rate of (10) individuals for each group.

equivalence was conducted for the three groups in the variables (degrees of group members on the scale of solving unaccomplished tasks, age, academic achievement, sentence period, and type of crime.) the sample of building the scale of uncompleted tasks included (200) inmates, and the final application was on (110) inmates, while the sample of the application of the counseling program consisted of (20) inmates who were distributed as (10) inmates for the experimental group and (10) inmates for the control group.

the researcher prepared two research tools, namely : building a scale of unfinished tasks, and building a guiding program based on the organization method, with a duration of (12) sessions.

the construction was validated, ending with the indicators of its stability by the facronbach equation, as its value was (0.84), and by the test and re-test method, it was (0.87.) for the purpose of verifying the procedures and results, the researcher used the advanced statistical package (SPSS).

the most prominent findings of the research are the following: juvenile delinquents inmates in Islah schools suffer from unaccomplished tasks.

and that the effectiveness of the counseling program based on the method of organization through the differences in the results of the pre-and post-test for the experimental group in favor of the experimental group.

the research came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
