The current research aims to prepare a Mansi test for the academic readiness of graduate students according to the theory of latent traits, and the number of test items was (20) items, and the researcher relied on the single teacher Rush model, which is one of the models of the theory of latent traits, and to achieve the goal of this research the researcher followed scientific steps In preparing the test, starting with translating its paragraphs and test instructions from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English, the amendments suggested by the experts were taken, and then presented to the experts.

The test was applied to a sample of (50) male and female students as an exploratory trial to ensure the clarity of the paragraphs, and answer their inquiries.

As for the final statistical analysis sample, it consisted of (300) male and female students from the university (Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya University, Al-Nahrain University, Iraqi University ), they were chosen randomly, based on the one-teacher Rascal model, and the statistical program Rascal was used to verify the one-dimensionality of the model, and the researcher reached some conclusions, recommendations and suggestions, and the assumptions of the model were checked, and the test preserved all the vocabulary, and reached The researcher drew conclusions, recommendations and suggestions
