The training, as provided by the Regional Centers for Professions of Education and Training (CRMEF), aims to develop the professional skills of trainee teachers through pedagogical, didactic, social, and reflective dimensions.
Our contribution seeks to assess, through a field survey, the training of senior teachers of academies, ofprimary education, within the Regional Center of Draa-Tafilalet, and to verify to what extent the targeted competencies are achieved.
We will try to put the emphasis on the content of the aforesaid training, but also on the expectations and needs of the trainee teachers.
The results of the survey should also make it possible to make certain recommendations aimed at enhancing the initial and continuing training within our institution.
الملخص FRE
La formation, telle qu’elle est dispensée dans les Centres Régionaux des Métiers de l’Education et de la Formation (CRMEF), aspire à développer chez les stagiaires les compétences professionnelles à travers des dimensions pédagogique et didactique, sociale et réflexive.
Notre contribution a pour objectif d’évaluer, par le biais d’une enquête de terrain, la formation des enseignants-cadres des académies, du cycle primaire, au sein du Centre régional de Draa-Tafilalet et de vérifier à quel point les compétences visées sont-elles atteintes.
Nous tenterons de mettre l’accent sur le dispositif de ladite formation, mais aussi sur les attentes et besoins des enseignants stagiaires.
Les résultats de l’enquête doivent permettre également d’émettre certaines recommandations qui viseraient davantage l’amélioration de la formation initiale et continue au sein de notre institution.
