The current research aimed to build a proposed educational program according to the Johari Window model in the development of communication with the self.

The morning classes in the city center of Mosul are divided into (67) schools, with (45) middle schools and (22) secondary schools on the right and left sides of the city for the academic year (2020-2021).

According to the Johari Window model in developing communication with the self, and relying on theoretical frameworks and previous studies, and because the researcher did not find theories and studies about communication with the self directly, so the two researchers relied on theories and studies that dealt with variables and terms that fall within the concept of communication with the self and the Johari Window model The research resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: The two researchers noticed, when applying the first lesson of the program’s lessons in an experimental way, the interaction of the sample and benefiting from it Lesson and participation by giving examples, as well as benefiting from the program in developing other concepts such as self-disclosure, developing personal communication and self-acceptance, and based on these results, the two researchers made many recommendations and suggestions.
