The new trend of modern psychological research was clear to study the types of confrontation, including the preventive, that the individual uses before pressure occurs to try to overcome it and confront any future threat, which plays individual differences, resistance, psychological and physical immunity, and choosing appropriate ways to reach psychological recovery, which may cause a kind of change in psychological and social behaviors and remains The effects may be a long period if successful and preventive methods of resistance are not chosen.

The aim of the research is to know the level of preventive confrontation and psychological recovery among university students and to know the differences by type, specialization, and level.

To achieve this, the researcher used the measure of preventive confrontation and psychological recovery, which were prepared by the researcher.

The results showed that university students had a level of preventive confrontation and psychological recovery, and there were no statistically significant differences according to gender, and there were statistically significant differences according to specialization and level, with a positive direct relationship between the two variables.

The researcher recommended paying attention to counseling programs to develop the level of preventive confrontation and psychological recovery, and suggested conducting a study integrating the concept of moral damage with psychological recovery.
