The current research aims to know: The level of digital citizenship among the students of the kindergarten department.

To achieve the objectives of the research and due to the limited society in the two departments of kindergarten, the researcher chose the research community from the universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya, one of them is the College of Education for Women and the other is Basic Education.

After dropping the missing-answer forms, the research sample consisted of (319) forms .For the purpose of measuring the research variables, the digital citizenship scale was adopted and after adding some items to the scale, which consists of (74) items, and the scale consists of nine axes: Paragraphs of the first axis (digital access to educational resources and services) (6) items, the second axis (digital commerce) (8) paragraphs, The third axis (digital communication and communication) (7) paragraphs, the fourth axis (commitment to the behaviors of digital etiquette “digital fitness”) (11) paragraphs, the fifth axis (promoting digital culture “digital fluency”) (6) paragraphs, the sixth axis (health requirements And digital safety) (11) paragraphs, seventh axis (commitment to digital laws) (8) paragraphs, eighth axis (observance of digital rights and responsibilities) (5) paragraphs, ninth axis (digital security precautions) (12) paragraphs.

The scales were presented to experts specialized in psychology and education, who numbered (18) experts, to indicate the validity of the paragraphs.

The researcher extracted two indicators of honesty (apparent honesty - and construction honesty).

As for the reliability, the researcher extracted for each scale in several ways.

The reliability of the digital citizenship scale for the scale as a whole was (0.912) and reached (0.869) by the half-segmentation method, and it reached (0.950) by the method of analysis of variance.) And in light of the objectives of the current research and after applying the standards to the individuals of the sample and analyzing their responses statistically using the t-test for the two independent samples, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the one-way analysis of variance, the chi-square test, the alpha-Cronbach equation and a Schiffe equation for comparisons between the means, the research reached the following results: The kindergarten students are characterized by digital citizenship, at a level ranging from medium to senior.
