This study, which is entitled "Achievement motivation and It’s relationship to the competitive behavior to Assistants of intermediate schools in Iraq" This research released on the descriptive method The two search tools Are created The researcher has done aims at knowing Building two scales On a sample of assistants school year (2021-2020) The researcher extracted psychometric properties of the two scales then it was applied to a sample Basic search adult (90) assistants They were selected by random stratified method The researcher used the descriptive method In this study being the curriculum the closest research aims and find the relationship between its variables So he built my tools to measure both achievement motivation and competitive behavior and after it starts of honesty and constancy the two tools and the validity of its paragraphs to measure the Phenomenon The survey was distributed on the research sample and then analyze their answers are statistically Statistical app (spss ) has shown research results having arelationship associative between achievement motivation and competitive behavior the higher the achievement the individual increased competition he have and versa the words a key achievement motivation competitive behavior assistants.
