الملخص EN

1- Identify electronic training needs of biology teachers according to sex variable (female, male), and years of service variable (1 - 5), (6 – 15), and (16 up).

2- The study population is the biology teachers in secondary stage in Diwaniyah Directorate of Education for the academic year (2021-2022).

The researcher adopted descriptive approach, where (400) male and female teachers of secondary schools are employed as a sample for the study.

The researcher introduced a tool of verification of achieving the objectives of the current study, which is the scale of electronic training needs that includes in its final version (50) items distributed on five domains.

Each domain includes 10 items.

The answers alternatives are (3): (high need, medium need, low need).

The researcher applied the study tool during the academic year the 2021-2022 and statistical analysis is achieved.

To process data, the researcher used Microsoft Excel, SPSS software, and T-test equation is used for one sample.

The researcher got reliability coefficient by using Alpha Cronbach equation, and the percentage is (95 ⁒), which is high value.
