Reading has a specific interest in schools and elsewhere.
it implies the idea of understanding while being inseparable from it.
this last one has for sine qua non the mastery of the vocabulary.
indeed, one of the major difficulties faced by novice readers is the lack of a general and specific lexicon (relating to a specific field).
this is compounded by the lack of familiarization of fifth-year primary learners with the informative type of text, including the documentary text.
these texts summon different skills from those involved in the processing of narrative texts.
hence the need to support learners in order to maximize the chances of gaining access to the comprehension of these texts.
الملخص FRE
La lecture recouvre un intérêt spécifique à l'école et ailleurs.
elle sous entend l'idée de compréhension tout en lui étant indissociable.
cette dernière a pour condition sine qua non la maitrise du vocabulaire.
en effet, l'une des difficultés majeures contre laquelle butent les lecteurs novices est le manque de lexique général et spécifique (relatif à un domaine précis).
a cette entrave vient s'ajouter la non familiarisation des apprenants de cinquième année primaire avec le type informatif de textes, dont le texte documentaire.
ces textes convoquent des habiletés différentes de celles mobilisées lors du traitement de textes narratifs.
d'où la nécessité d'appuyer les apprenants en vue de maximiser leurs chances d'accès à la compréhension de ces textes.
