The current research aims to know the effect of the focused list strategy on the achievement of measurement and evaluation among students of the College of Education and their logical thinkingThe current study was conducted in Iraq/ Wasit Governorate، and to achieve the goal of the research، the following two null hypotheses were formulated: There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group that studied the measurement and evaluation subject according to the focused list strategy and the average scores of the control group that the same subject was studied according to the vocabulary established by (Deans’ Commission) in achievement، there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group The subject of measurement and evaluation was studied according to the strategy of the focused lists and the average scores of the control group، which studied the same subject according to the vocabulary established by (Deans Authority) in logical thinking، and the researcher chose the experimental method and adopted the experimental design with partial control.

The research community was Wasit University/ College of Education/ Department of Arabic Language/ Fourth Stage/ and the total research sample amounted to 95 male and female students، divided into two groups، where the total of the experimental sample amounted to (40) male and female students and (55) male and female students for the control group .

The researcher rewarded the two research groups in some variables that may affect the effect of the experiment.

The results were that the two groups are statistically equivalent، and the researcher used the appropriate statistical methods for the research procedures، including (Alpha Cronbach equation، Point-Bacerial correlation coefficient، Pearson correlation coefficient، Cooper equation، Eta square، test) t-test)، chisquare.

Equation of the effect size) The results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in achievement and logical thinking test.

In light of the results of the research، the researcher came up with a set of conclusions، recommendations and suggestions for complementary research to the current research.
