طريقة مختلفة تم إستخدامها لتحضير مشتقين N-بروبيونايل من المركبين الكيراليين المساعدين oxazolidin و 1-2-oxazin-2-one المشتقين من [ (IS)-endo ]-(-)-borneol بواسطة إستعمال صوديوم هيدريد كقاعدة و كاشف الأسيلة (الرخيص و المتوفر تجاريا) بروبيونيك أنهيدريد.

هذه الطريقة أعطت محصلات ممتازة 96 % و 99 % لكل من مشتقي N-بروبيونايل من المركبين الكيراليين oxazolidin-2-one و 1-3-oxazin-2-one على الترتيب.

المحاولات للتمييز بين بروتوني البروكيرال ميثيلين في مجموعة N-بروبيونايل و جميع البروتونات و مجموعات الميثايل الدياستيريوميرية الأخرى في مشتقي N-بروبيونايل و جميع البروتونات و مجموعات الميثايل الدياستيريوميرية الأخرى في مشتقي N-بروبيونايل و جميع البروتونات و مجموعات الميثايل الدياستيريوميرية الأخرى في مشتقي N-بروبيونايل للمركبين الكيراليين المساعدين قد تم أداؤها بإستخدام أطياف nOe المطروحة لرنين البروتون النووي المغناطيسي و كذلك بإستخدام دراسات 2D-NOESY الطيفية.

الملخص EN

A variant method was employed for the synthesis of N-propionyl derivatives of oxazolidin-2-one and 1,3- oxazin-2-one chiral auxiliaries derived from [(1S)-endo]-(-)-borneol via the use of sodium hydride as a base and cheap and readily available acylation reagent, propionic anhydride.

This procedure led to excellent yields 96 % and 99 % of N-propionyl derivatives of oxazolidin-2-one and 1,3-oxazin-2-one chiral auxiliaries, respectively.

Attempts to distinguish between the prochiral methylene protons in the Npropionyl group, and all other diastereotopic protons and methyl groups in these two N-propionyl derivatives of chiral auxiliaries were carried out by using 1H NMR nOe difference spectra and 2DNOESY spectroscopic studies.
