The effects of carbama epine on the serum total cholesterol and triglycerides were investigated in 43 epileptic patients, the results were compared invite those obtained from another group of healthy individuals (controls).

Blood samples after 12b fasting were tested for total cholesterol and triglycerides using enzymatic method utilizing a readymade kit.
